Beyond expectations !
We just completed 8 weeks tour of the Galapgos Islands organized by Galapgos Dreams. PERFECT. all worked according to plan and more : timely departures, all requests were met with a big smile and tons of good will. You Won't Be Disappointed!
Our hotel recommended Galapagos Dreams and it turned out to be such a great experience! Melanie was very helpful and communicative from the start and made planning our trip and excursions a breeze. Every tour she booked for us was absolutely incredible with great tour guides, beautiful locations, and wildlife beyond compare! From airport pickup the day we landed to transport back to that hotel the day we left we used this operator for EVERYTHING. Unforgetble stay at Galapagos Dreams!
We initially booked the hotel Galapagos Dreams and shortly after discovered on their website about the packages they have available. We only had 5 nights/4 days to stay in Galapagos during our trip in Ecuador and decided to choose Galapagos Aventura Santa Cruz-Isabela 5 days/4 nights package. We are 2 families of 4, 2 adults + 2 kids each. Jonaton, the owner, is a wonderful person, a genuinely nice guy and all the stuff and guides along the way are warm people, going above and beyond (I apologize for not remembering all the names but Andy and Victor, the drivers, and Suzzie, our guide to Pinzon day trip). He communicates great before and during your stay. As mentioned here before, once you arrive at the airport, you do not have to worry about anything. You are picked up and hold by hand every step of the way, you just need to follow the schedule detailed on the website. I have to be honest that this was a high price for our normal travel budget, but comparing with the packages available in Galapagos for similar tours, it is more than reasonable. We loved the places we stayed at. Cleaning provided every day. Food was great. I spent extensively research on what best to do for us, how to make it the most convenient and deciding what to choose for this short period. The itinerary is packed, you cannot do everything included on your own because with the package you do not need to spend time where to find things, you are just constantly taken care of (and it would not be much cheaper). For diner, we ate at The Kioskos every night. Great variety of fresh local food for $5-10/person. Thank you Jonaton for such an unforgettable stay! The 3 brothers who lead Galapagos Dreams offered us exceptional treatment. They are very friendly and professional. They explained to us in detail how the contracted excursions and transfers were going to be carried out. At all times we feel supported and perfectly cared for.
